200 hour Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga teacher training at Flying Tree Yoga, Medellín, Colombia

Join us on a personal journey to deepen your own practice, explore the beauty of Yoga and prepare yourself to share classes as a teacher in the modern world.

A journey of opening and self discovery

Yoga is a beautiful and ancient tradition that teaches us to turn our attention inwards and connect with our deepest self. Our course, designed by experienced and knowledgeable teachers, is here to help you explore the diverse range of techniques that yoga provides us and share these important practices with others.

We offer a fun, dynamic and creative course, with an emphasis on empowering you to plan and deliver your own classes to the public. With us you will practice an alignment based Yoga that is suitable both for active vinyasa flows and for more restorative or relaxing classes.

From week one we place an emphasis on practical experience - that means trying out your teaching skills! You will be closely supported in small groups and carefully guided through your month's journey.

At Flying Tree Yoga you will explore traditional basis of yoga - its philosophy and rich history - to examine where our yoga practice is taking us - and at the same time prepare yourself to be a teacher in the modern world.
