DATA PROTECTION POLICY
i.- OBJECTIVE
Establish the criteria for the collection, storage, use, circulation and deletion of personal data processed by FLYING TREE YOGA S.A.S. identified with NIT 901.293.664-5.
II.- SCOPE
This policy applies to all personal information registered in the databases of FLYING TREE YOGA S.A.S. identified with NIT 901.293.664-5, who acts as the person responsible for the processing of personal data.
III.- DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this policy, the following is understood by:
a) Authorization: Prior, express and informed consent of the Holder to carry out the Processing of personal data.
b) Database: Organized set of personal data that is subject to Treatment.

e) Responsible for Treatment: Natural or legal person, public or private, that by itself or in association with others, decides on the database and/or the Treatment of data.
f) Owner: Natural person whose personal data is subject to Treatment.
g) Treatment: Any operation or set of personal data, such as collection, storage, use, circulation or deletion.

The treatment that FLYING TREE YOGA S.A.S. identified with NIT 901.293.664-5., of personal information will be the following:

VII.- RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:

IX.- PROCEDURE FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF HABEAS DATA

When it is not possible to address the claim within said term, FLYING TREE YOGA S.A.S. identified with NIT 901.293.664-5, will inform the interested party of the reasons for the delay and the date on which their claim will be addressed, which in no case may exceed eight (8) business days following the expiration of the first term.
Once the terms indicated by Law 1581 of 2012 and the other regulations that regulate or complement it have been fulfilled, the Holder who is denied, totally or partially, the exercise of the rights of access, updating, rectification, deletion and revocation, may bring your case to the attention of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce –Delegation for the Protection of Personal Data.
X.- VALIDITY
This Policy for the Treatment of Personal Data is effective as of June 1, 2022.
The databases in which the personal data will be recorded will have a validity equal to the time in which the information is maintained and used for the purposes described in this policy. Once that purpose(s) is/are fulfilled and provided that there is no legal or contractual duty to keep your information, your data will be removed from our databases.
Other examples of the permanence period of the data in the database are the following:
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the contractual relationship with the Holder of the information is maintained.
The personal data provided will be kept as long as its deletion is not requested by the interested party and as long as there is no legal duty to keep them.
The personal data provided will be kept for a period of 3 years from the last confirmation of interest by the Holder.
